On a wagon train that goes from Velletri to Rome, in the midst of the passenger’s voices talking to each other, you can hear all the sounds distinctive of this type of regional trains: squeaks between a wagon and the other, frictions of rubber dividers , the squeal of the wheels on the rails, the brake noise, and electromagnetic interference from a cell phone to the recorder. Constant throughout the recording (and in fact all the way) the annoying buzz of the neon lights in the wagon.
Recorded with a Zoom H4n.
