Hall entrance. The metallic clang of machinery stacking discs which are then pressed to squeeze out the oil predominates intermittent conversation or any other event sound in the main room. The intense and incessant noise of the mechanics of the mill, however, is offset in part by the fragrant smell of freshly pressed olives and freshly squeezed oil.
