Recording made in the agricultural company “Le Rose” during the fermentation of wine; you can hear a continuous bubbling in the cellar where the wine barrels are stored. After the first room of the cellar, sideways there is a second smaller environment, where together with containers for fermentation there are also large wooden wine barrels, that color the sound of the room giving it a much more intimate and warm ambience compared to the main hall .
